This is a fabulous 4-bedroom villa in Ses Covetes. It's located on an island and is just 2 km from the Trenc beach. It is ideal for two families.Near the home there are villages such as Colonía de Sant Jordi, Ses Covetes, Sa Rapita and Santanyi where there is plenty to do. There are a number of restaurants near the Ses Covetes beach and one of them has a large grill with live performance. Do not forget the beach bar Cassai in Colonia de Sant Jordi. You'll find a restaurant 3 km away and a supermarket 10 km from here.The home has a large, covered veranda with beautiful furniture. The lounge seating area next to the private swimming pool and the sun beds make it complete. There is a closed kitchen with direct access to a terrace. You can enjoy a nice barbecue in the garden.
