Located on the sea between the beaches of Es Trenc and Sa Ràpita. The property consists of a main house with two floors to which is attached a consistent building a tower mill. The principal, fully renovated house was formerly a house of peasants who tilled the fields and tending livestock. It has two floors. The ground floor has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, kitchen, living room and a large terrace. On the top floor are two bedrooms, living room, bathroom and terrace. Next to the main house connected by the roof, is, as adjacent house, the old mill, completely renovated into additional living offered in case you need more room, having a double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen fully furnished and two living rooms on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the first floor. Large terraces on both the ground floor and the first floor. Around homes can enjoy the rest that offers a large garden and a great pool. Ideal for families with children.
Both houses are equipped with additional cots for children under two years, televisions with satellite dishes, wireless network, iron, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerators, washing machines and outdoor barbecue.
