The staff, from Hanna our room cleaner - professional and with a sunshine smile - to the hotel General Manager, who dealt with an issue we had that was no fault of the hotel with speed and effect. A big thank you to Boo at Reception when we booked in and in other areas of her duties. ALL the restaurant staff were brilliant the staff at the hotel entrance where so obliging and helpful. When we left is was a sad occasion but there is no doubt whatsoever that WE SHALL BE BACK - believe!

This is a lovely hotel in a convenient location right next to a shopping centre, Vincom. The hotel has excellent facilities pool sauna and restaurants. The staff are excellent very well-mannered and courteous. The breakfast area is very luxurious and the variety of choices is excellent. A call out to Trận and Quyên who were very attentive, polite and lovely. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel.
