Staff friendly and helpful. Mistakenly left car key at reception area. Staff on duty immediately notified us. Room is clean. Near Manuka where there are restos and shops. Next to Red Hill. Parking spots are plentiful if you arrive not too late. Close to the main Canberra roads and accessible from nearby highways.

Check in was easy and quick. Room was a good size. Bathroom was okay. Great location and short walk to Parliament House and the shops. The room was clean enough. Bed was not too bad. Although very noisey and the lights came through the curtains at night. Not bad value for the money paid.

Room was clean and presented well, parking was a bit random but adequate. The wall air conditioner was faulty and when reported there was no effort of a alternative solotion other than it would be reported to maintainence. Maintainence seemed to be an issue as the window winder was nearly unscrewed. On the positive, the location was great, the price was good, the shower head was awsome for a water saver and the place was clean.

Certainly not a $150 room. Room makeup each day, bed made,no wiping of bathroom or benches. No microwave, not even complimentary bikkies you get at cheaper places to stay.
