It was ridiculously noisy all night. You could hear taps running is all the rooms around. We asked for a very clean room as our son has asthma and we’re told that the room was cleaned. It was full of dog hair in every corner. We will never stay there again!

We went for a Christmas break. Christmas Eve was noisy, with kids excited for Christmas day. Some fast food places nearby that are walkable but Canmore is a little far to walk in winter. Great hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly. I've bene to this hotel several times and always good.

Always a nice place to stay in Canmore. The water slide is a bit hit. Unfortunately the pool was emptied out so the kids missed out this time. Rooms could use some extra cleaning on the floor, behind tables, bed etc

Half a kids hockey team went to the hospital via ambulance because they got Clorine poising from a leak in the pool. We booked this hotel at double the price as the other water slide hotel in Canmore specifically because it had a bigger hot tub.. and we thankfully we didn’t get sick but we also didn’t get to enjoy the pool and hot tub as expected.

Very nice property.

Offered hot chocolate and cookies, as we entered the hotel. Check in was easy, quick and friendly. Room was excellent and quiet, with the bonus of a fireplace. Breakfast was included. Beautiful view of Rocky Mountains. We have stayed at this hotel 3 times and will be back.
