Incredible sea view, spacious family holiday home. Sleeps 4 to 6. Swimming pool, Jacuzzi hot tub, air conditioning, various terraces and direct access to the water. 
Situated in the north east of the Island in the beautiful area of Font de Sa Cala close to Cala Ratjada. Certainly one of the best areas of Mallorca. Enjoy the privacy and peacefulness of this well equipped home with sea views.
Enter to the main house with three bedrooms and three en-suite bathrooms, a lovely lounge and fully equipped kitchen. The extension of the house is joined by a covered terrace. Upstairs here you will find a bedroom and bathroom, on the floor below is an open plan lounge dining and kitchen with large glass doors that fully open onto the terrace with sun loungers to enjoy days relaxing in the sun with those wonderful sea views.
There are many options for outdoor living and chill out areas amongst the landscaped gardens. Enjoy the swimming pool with decked area and sun loungers, the heated jacuzzi and landscaped terraces that lead down to the sea, on the way you will find secret seating areas and a hammock amongst the trees, a table and chairs for eating and drinking right next to the water.
The residence has been built so that every room has magnificent vistas. The south side of the house has a covered seating area, a perfect place to sit in the shade, or have sundowner drinks.
The house is tastefully decorated with a lot of charm, fabulous art and interior decoration. There are many memories and colours of the ocean.
It is only five minutes walk to the beach, but who wants to go out when you have these stunning views.

Baustellenurlaub

Die Lage, der Garten und der Meerblick waren absolut toll. Die Unterkunft selbst ist sehr speziell. Ein modernes Haus mit einem kleinen Doppelbett für frisch verliebte und eine historische Unterkunft mit sechs in die Jahre gekommenen Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten. Sehr unangenehm waren die permanent stinkenden Abflüsse in den historischen Bädern. Nicht akzeptabel waren die drei Baustellen in der Nachbarschaft. Insbesondere die Rohbauarbeiten auf dem direkten Nachbargrundstück mit Bagger und Stemmhammer waren unzumutbar. Ein Hinweis auf der Internetseite wäre das Mindeste gewesen. Die schönsten Tage also Samstag und Sonntag, wie zu Hause. Wir werden nicht wieder hierher kommen.

Traumhafte Ferienimmobilie mit viel Charme und Luxus!

Die Lage der Ferienimmobilie in erster Meereslinie bietet einen wunderschönen Blick über die Bucht. Es ist sehr ruhig und doch ist es nicht weit nach Cala Ratjada - aber warum sollte man dieses Paradies verlassen? Der Garten ist sehr großzügig und malerisch angelegt mit vielen Plätzen zum Verweilen.Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet worden. Die Bilder sprechen für sich und entsprechen absolut den Tatsachen! Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt und wir kommen gerne wieder! Schnorchelbrille und Schuhe nicht vergessen - die Bucht lädt zum Schnorcheln ein und man braucht nur durch den Garten zum Meer gehen... Bis bald!
