The residential offers a fantastic shared chlorine pool -that sizes 10 x 5.5 metres and with a water depth ranging from 0.5 to 2 metres- surrounded by a beautiful lawn area where you can sunbathe or play with the little ones. In addition, the beach is only a few metres away. So, after a long day at the beach and the pool, the private terrace of this apartment will be your haven where you can enjoy a glass of wine while admiring the mountains and the sea. The apartment is located on the second floor, and there's no lift in the building. Inside, the airy and cosy living-dining room allows to watch the TV after your meals all together. The kitchen offers a ceramic hob and all you need to cook. There are two bedrooms with twin beds , AC and a closet each. One of them also has an en-suite with a shower. And there's another bathroom with a bath for the rest of the house. A baby cot and a high-chair are available as well as a sofa bed in the living for the last guest. The accommodation is also equipped with gas central heating. Canyamel is a beautiful residential area belonging to Capdepera, boasting one of the best beaches in the area and with all the needed services nearby like supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The golf course is also near, about 2.5 km away as well as the well-known caves of Artà and the beautiful Tower of Canyamel. The pool is available all year round from 8 am to 11 pm.
