Welcome to this charming finca near Cala Agulla and Cala Ratjada, with private pool and garden, ideal for families up to 6 persons.
The location of the finca is spectacular, 5 minutes by car from Cala Agulla and Cala Ratjada; you could even go by bike. Cala Ratjada offers a great gastronomic variety, bars, supermarkets, shops, a beautiful promenade and a wide nightlife. The nearby beaches of Cala Gat, Sa Font de Sa Cala and Canyamel add to the diversity of options for beach lovers. It is advisable to visit the castle of Capdepera, the picturesque old town of Artà and, during the low season, enjoy nature, hiking or cycling. A car is recommended.
Outside, you can enjoy sunny days by the private chlorine pool, which measures a generous 10 x 5 metres. Surrounded by a carefully designed wooden deck, equipped with comfortable sunbeds, this oasis offers the perfect place to relax and enjoy the warm weather. The garden, decorated with palm trees, creates a serene atmosphere. For those who prefer to enjoy outdoor dining, there is a picnic area with benches and a fixed barbecue, ideal for dinners under the stars. The furnished porch and front terrace with dining area provide additional options for enjoying the cool breeze. An outdoor bathroom with shower provides additional convenience. Ample outdoor parking ensures there is always room for your vehicle.
Inside, you'll find a separate, fully equipped kitchen that caters to all your culinary needs. From the filter coffee machine to the vitro ceramic hob and dishwasher, every detail has been considered to make your meals a pleasurable experience. The living-dining room, bathed in natural light, offers a cosy space in which to relax. Equipped with satellite television and comfortable sofas, this space is perfect for enjoying moments of entertainment and relaxation. There is also a separate dining room for those who wish to enjoy more formal meals. The house has three spacious double bedrooms, each with fitted wardrobes for easy storage. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a shower and hairdryer for convenience. In addition, there is another separate bathroom with shower.
The property offers additional amenities such as free wifi, ideal for those who need to work remotely. Central heating ensures comfort during the colder winter months. For families with young children, a cot and highchair are provided. You will also find a washing machine and iron for easy laundry management and care.

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest aged 16 and over. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged prior to arrival by Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is compulsory.
