Aircon sounded like a truck parked in the room. Room was hot, could not use the aircon as it was so loud I could not sleep. When I checked out and let the reception know he just said that's the way it is nothing he can do. I travel quarterly and will not be staying again.

Everything was great except the shuttle included was not a thing. I had to hire a taxi at midnight. A big reason I booked this hotel was for the shuttle, which was a false claim. Other than that it was excellent, very clean, good breakfast, helpful staff. Small room but totally adequate for a late arrival and short stay.
