I love the size of the bedroom and the cleanliness, but the property is begging for an upgrade specially in the gym and common areas like play room, play area and around swimming pool. Restaurante was pretty decent.

It was very nice to have a hotel with so many ammenities. Gym was very good and well equipped. The roof in the gym needs some repairs tho because there was some leaking. Pool was very nice as food in the restaurant and the bar with live music. Staff was very friendly and it is at a walking distance to the beach. Very clean and with a very convenient parking.

Friendly and comfortable

The location itself is fantastic if you want a lovely and secluded beach. 10 minutes drive and you can be in a beach with waves if you want to surf. The staff (they have a lot of staff) are friendly and healpful. In our stay during a low season the majority of the other guests were Brasilian So there is a genuine good vibe in the place. Ideal for families with young kids or couples that do not want to stay in a hectic or pretentious environment. Breakfast and facilities are good. Cleanliness is good but it is not as thorough as a 4 or 5 star hotel. The channels available are just a few but I do not know if that is a problem with the cable provider or the hotel. I recommend.

No geral correu tudo bem. Um pequeno desentendimento no check in pois o Hotel tinha autorizado a entrada as 13h por mensagem no dia anterior mas não tinha quarto pronto esse horário, mas nada que afetasse a estadia e o excelente atendimento da menina da recepção, a qual é extremamente cordial e simpática. Infraestrutura muito boa, só precisa rever a política de check in as 16h, as 14h como a maioria dos hotéis já estaria bom. Mas apesar disso vale muito a pena se hospedar.

Nossa estadia foi incrível! O hotel é lindo, o apartamento amplo e super aconchegante, a equipe de funcionários sempre muito atenciosa e cordial com todos, e quando solicitado qualquer serviço fomos atendidos imediatamente. A culinária é deliciosa, o café da manhã farto e a piscina além de muito limpa é linda. O lugar ideal para quem busca um momento de tranquilidade, seja em casal ou em família, e que dispõe de outros diversos serviços também. Somos muito gratos pela experiência maravilhosa, e sem dúvidas, voltaremos mais vezes.

Bom, mas pode melhorar...

O hotel tem uma vibe gostosa, staff simpático... e deixo meu especial agradecimento à equipe do Bar: Geilson, Jéssica e Pedro! O café-da-manhã é bom... e com boa variedade de frutas, pães, frios e bolos, além do que já é de praxe em café-da-manhã de hotel. No entanto aponto 2 melhorias que poderiam tornar a experiência dos hóspedes ainda melhores: (1) os travesseiros não tem um cheiro bom e precisam ser trocados; (2) substituir os lençóis 50% algodão/50% poliéster por jogos 100% algodão. Esses 2 pontos teriam feito uma boa diferença no quesito "conforto ao dormir". Reforço que essa não foi uma particularidade do meu quarto, mas também observado nos quartos de amigos que também se hospedaram no Port Louis.
