Notei o mesmo problema no restaurante, onde algumas cadeiras também não estão em boas condições. ​Sobre a gastronomia, sugiro uma maior variação no cardápio com opções de pratos e bebidas com preços mais acessíveis. Os valores atuais estão muito elevados, e ter uma variedade com melhor custo-benefício incentivaria muito mais o consumo dentro do próprio estabelecimento. ​Espero que essas observações ajudem na melhoria dos serviços. A equipe foi muito gentil. Porém comparado aos outros anos que nos hospedamos lá, a quantidade do café diminuiu. Pouca variedade, teve um dia que faltou mussarela, croissant e tortas que serviam antes, não servem mais, os bolos só tinha de massa branca e de chocolate, antes tinha bolos de limão, laranja, como antesho para às crianças.

Não nos foi informado que haveria uma festa de carnaval aberta ao público , assim como o restaurante não estaria aberto na segunda feira no jantar para atender os hóspedes , contando apenas com comida de buteco mediante 89 Reais por pessoa . Hotel ficou totalmente lotado com público que não era hóspede sem controle de entrada , e música ultrapassando em muito o horário de silêncio , 22h. Fora isso , como optamos por não comer dentro do hotel , ao retornarmos não havia vagas no estacionamento para o hóspede, devido ao público externo ao Hotel . Precisamos reclamar para que nos fosse dado outro quarto , pois o nosso estava em cima da bateria de samba . Fomos para tentar descansar , mas acabamos tendo esses dissabores
