O hotel e o staff são muito bons! Café da manhã básico mas bom também! Achei os valores do restaurante (almoço e jantar) um pouco caro. Piscina excelente! Arrumação dos quartos todos os dias (basta deixar o aviso na porta que eles limpam). Disponibilizam cadeiras de praia e guarda-sol. O hotel fica quase na divisa com Ubatuba e a praia de Tabatinga é muito calma e tranquila.

O nosso primeiro quarto estava precisando de algumas manutenções, mas as funcionárias da recepção e o gerente se esforçaram para conseguir nos mudar para um quarto mais alinhado às nossas expectativas. Quanto a isso, não cabe nenhuma reclamação, pois apesar de ter tido essa troca de quarto, reconheço toda a preocupação e o cuidado que eles tiveram em solucionar o nosso problema e realizar a troca.
