Thank you for your feedback! We are currently undergoing some upgrading to hotel at the moment, so it is vital to get feedback from guests such as yourself so we know what areas we need to improve in, going forwards into the second quarter of 2019 we hope to have the majority of the hotel looking a lot better and we have been noticing guest satisfaction with our changes made so far, and guest satisfaction is a high priority of ours. As for the red mark on the sheet we can only apologize for this emphatically. Our staff do not mind rectifying matters like this day or night. Sometimes we don't always notice marks like these which usually come from our laundry company but as I say our staff are available day and night and will be glad to change anything to make your hotel experience 100% enjoyable. We aim to make the guest journey a great experience!

Thank you for your stay and for leaving feedback with us. As a growing business we are constantly trying to improve our services to benefit customers and this includes replacing beds when and where we can. We are in the process of updating our rooms and beds, we have already replaced a number of beds within the business and this is sadly a slow process due to the length of time it takes our beds to be made, as they are all made to order. We are very sorry to hear you had an uncomfortable night during your stay but we are glad you have highlighted this as we now know which particular bed will be replaced next.
