Das hotel ist wunderschön für die Kinder und Erwachsene. Ich war der Meinung, dass ich meine Übernachtung mit Frühstück gebucht hatte, musste das seoarat zahlen. Die Übernachtung war schon teuer genug. Ich blieb noch eine Nacht und musste Zimmer wechsel wo schon frei war bei meiner Ankunft. Die reception kam mir nicht entgegen dass ich die 258 euro bereits bezahlt hatte, und mur das beim anderen zimmer wo 150 euro kostete abziehen konnte. Die Zimmer im übrigen war gleich gross und gleich ausgestattet! Schlussentlich zahlte 450euro. Im ganzen Hotel und areal akzeptieren sie nur kreditkarte oder so uhren wo man aufladen kann. Auch das finde ich eine Frechheit. Ich verlor die uhr mit über 40 euro guthaben. Das interessierte niemand im Horel. Die Chefreceptionist war arrogant. Die Zimmer dreckig und auch hier überall rauchverbot auch draussen. Man durfte nur an einem bestimmten ort Rauchen. Das Frühstückbuffet war zu klein diese ganzen Menge an Hotelgäste. Auch dass man 2 verschiedene Zeiten hatte fües Frühstück und dann knapp 1 1/2 Std Zeit hatte fürs Essen. Als ich die Reservation machte war das Angebot von 150 euro nicht verfügbar obschon das Zimmer frei war. Es sollte doch möglichcsein den bezahlten betrag aufzuteielen wenn man bei der Ankunftvmitteilte,dass man 2 Nächte bleibt.Die Reception war Unkooperativ. Wahrscheinlichcweil sie mit der Masse arbeitet und die inviduell Gäste nicht zufriedenstellt.Ich habe viele Hotels besucht und dort hat man mir immer eine Lösung gegeben

Regarding your e-bracelet, unfortunately we inform you that it is considered as and e-wallet or money, so we just can inform our department to pay attention if someone find a bracelet in the common areas.Finally, on our digital guide, website and in site it is clearly reported that we are NO SMOKING resort.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und gross. Die Zimmer sind gross und sauber. Die Poolanlage ist sehr schön. Leider muss man für die Badetücher zahlen und Badekappen sind obligatorisch! Kann man vor Ort kaufen. Das Frühstück ist inbegriffen, aber einen riesen Kampf am morgen bei dem Buffet mit so vielen Menschen. Am ersten Abend haben wir im Hotel gesessen! Wenig möglichkeiten, da zwei Restaurant geschlossen waren. Also haben wir uns für das Buffet entschieden. Kosten sind sehr hoch für 2 Erwachsene 1Kind. Alkoholgetränke zusätzlich. Waren dann die anderen Abende immer in der gegend Essen. Hat sehr gute und günstige Restaurants in der Nähe.
