The place is tired and needs refreshing. The staff are equally uninspiring - nothing seemed to come naturally for example wiFi which is free was not offered and required vouchers etc. The room felt tatty and the bathroom was unwelcoming with silicone along bath etc peeling off. Pity. It’s in a prime location with good access to parking and Centre - Accor could do much better

Spacious rooms, cleaned everyday, good breakfast, a bus stop nearby from where you can catch bus to most parts of the town and also Alibus has a stop at that point which makes it very easy to travel from and to the airport. Reception staff and bar staff very helpful. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel. Walkable distance to the town centre. And the room had a beautiful view of Mt. Etna. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

Enpfang war sehr gut, Personal im gesamten Hotel war ausgesprochen Hilfsbeeit und Freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut von der Qualität und Optik.Nochmals Dank an das gesamte Hotelpersonal. Die Zimmerreinigung war sehr gut... Die Betten waren sehr gut und auch die Bettwäsche hervorragend!! Leider fehlt in TV Gerät der eine oder andere SEnder in deutscher Sprache!! Das dürft ein heutigen Zeiten ja kein Problem sein. Internet war auch sehr gut!!
