Bad experience

Pros: Nothing this time as tired from building works setting 7 am
Cons: Honesty about building works when making booking
This is my 4th stay here in the last year and by far my worst. You only find out about the building works next to the hotel when you see the small signs in the lifts. You should be made aware on making reservation. Stayed in room 618 about 100 meters from the works. It starts at 7 am and goes on until 10pm does not make for a pleasant experience. WIFI in room only worked if you stood by the door not any where else in the room tried 4 times to get this fixed no great response from reception same when I mentioned the building works. Time to find a different hotel in Cebu

Location: Mall etc
Stay here whenever in Cebu, only one night transit on the way home everything excellent as always

2 night stay before international flight

Pros: Location
Cons: WIfi connection and house from KTV BAR
Location: .
Stayed at this hotel before 3 times this time WIFI quite poor in room and also location of room heart the KTV karaoke bar meant you had to listen to this until midnight.

Short stay 4nights

Pros: The size of the room had a junior suite and its location easy walk to Ayala
Cons: The breakfast was not brilliant ok but after 4 days repetitive
Location: Ayala mall main place near the hotel
Near Ayala mall with the shops and restaurants nice break
