Lovely appartments,particularly loved the over 18's swimming pool with double sunbeds,great property overall,will definitely return next year

Hotel is absolutely first class and now the third time my family and I have stayed here. Location is perfect and all amenities in the hotel were great. Staff very attentive and the small issue we had on arrival with our room was quickly resolved by the manager, so truly a hotel that cares about its customers. Kids loved the pillow in the pool and played on it for hours each day, there’s also a water park for the younger ones, with various slides out of a pirate ship. All in all, another wonderful trip to the Zafiro Palmanova and I would recommend the hotel to anyone.

Fantastic

Had a great time. Excellent facilities for all ages and rain or shine. My only downside would be if you wanted snacks through the day because it’s out of season you have to go out of the hotel. However still give it 5*

Pleasently Suprised

Not always had the best service in Spain but was surprised by all the staff being friendly and making time to make your holiday a good one. Good food, drinks, rooms, and entertainment for the kids. Corridors and rooms above can be noisy with moving furniture, and people walking in shoes in the rooms above constantly.

Super hotel.

This was my family's second time at the viva and we can't wait until the third. It may be a tad more expensive than other hotels in Palmanova but you definitely get what you pay for. My daughter loved the kids club which was just getting started for the season when we arrived. The staff were excellent - attentive and friendly. We went all inclusive, the variety of food and drinks available was impressive. Cannot fault this hotel or the surrounding area, just wish we were there longer! Thanks viva.
