호텔과 주변 지역 평가

객싱은 깨끗하고, 뷰가 상당히 좋았습니다. 특히 쇼핑몰이 함께 있어서 상당히 편하다고 느꼈습니다. 야시장 거리도 그렇게 멀지 않아서 이용하기 좋았습니다. 스카이라운지는 저녁에 꼭 가보시길 추천합니다. 야경이 무척 좋아요.

整体都非常棒，应该要得10分的。从登记到入住，所有人员都让我有种宾至如归的感觉。而且，服务都很周到，尤其是吃早餐的时候，Mr. Jackson Chen 就很礼貌招呼每一位客人，不止对我。见时都会说，早上好，您需要我为您服务什么吗？需要咖啡或啥饮料吗？对外国人就用英语，简直棒极了。更棒的是，我说，我点了一杯咖啡，先吃，等一下去取，然後我吃着吃着，他就帮我把咖啡送到我桌上了，好贴心啊！而且每天看他都是笑容满面招呼人，好敬业啊！特别赞！ 最后一分扣在哪里？房间冷气不够冷，晚上我热醒了，虽然第二天反映后马上有人来修理。我觉得以您们品牌酒店来说，应该要定期检测才对。这点可以有进步空间。 还有就是check out后，本来有人帮我托行李的，但因为我车子还没到，他去服务别人，这很正常。我车子到时，见有酒店人员请司机往前摆车没有错，这时是不是应该来帮我把行李放上车呢？这是他就去协助另外一台车，是公司不够人？还是说，我只有一个人，是不是可以先帮我上车后，再去帮同事招呼另外那台车呢？ 这一分就扣在这两个点上。 还有，柜台Xu姑娘说感谢我回馈关于冷气的事情并送了我一个可爱的狐狸公仔，虽然很可爱，可是酒店能否有指定公仔让人一见就能想起Intercontinental的呢？纯粹个人意见。 感谢您们认真对待～
