Booking No. 150187769424 , I requested Twin Beds , no mention on Booking Confirmation by Hotel.com , I have to beg for a Twin Bed Room. The hotel has a grand lobby, the Lobby Lounge looking out to artificial lake with landscaping , you can see from the lobby, beautiful. The room I stay , the shower cap. The shower place with stain on the wall ( I have photo ), close your eye and step in. Breakfast is good , looking out to the lake.

I like having sound sleep. When I get up and go to the dinning hall at 9 a.m., I will not find enough food, which I would like to eat, because hotel's staff think no enough guess would come, and more new food would become trash. I agree it, but I am a guess to live this hotel, the hotel don't require me get up early, I just want to eat delicious breakfast food. How to do? I don't know. Plz, the hotel find a way to be solution.

我注意到餐廳清潔人員清潔桌面時，總會把食物殘渣撥到地上，造成餐廳地毯又黑又髒，實在很難想像這是星級酒店的用餐環境！房間清潔度整體不錯，但是地毯已經舊了，還有煙燒過的痕跡！使用游泳池要注意，在面朝泳池牆壁右上角的地方竟還有水泥塊沒有打磨平，當靠在泳池邊被就不小心刮傷！

This is THE ONLY place to stay while in Changzhou!

Upon entering this hotel, I was blown away by the beauty and cleanliness and sheer elegance of it! The staff was warm and welcoming and absolutely accommodating in every way! The breakfast is absolutely excellent, with many Chinese and Western selections and a myriad of fruits, juices, coffee, teas, and so many extras I cannot mention them all! The room was exquisite, with a huge tub, separated shower and toilet areas! The bed was soft and comfortable with sumptuous linens and lofty pillows. Total comfort and luxury..I felt like royalty!

We arrived very early and our room was ready. Staff during our two day stay were pleasant and very helpful.The room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. Most important the bed was excellent. In comparison to other breakfasts in China the breakfast was superior with quality and variety. The pool and exercise room was great, and well maintained. Overall my family totally enjoyed our stay.
