Airport shuttle only runs on request, Could not get them on the phone so had to Uber. Front desk knew nothing about the rooms of shuttle and did not want to. Room itself was fine, breakfast not great

Comfy beds, clean rooms, excellent and fast shuttle service. Didnt get to have breakfast because of an early flight. A convenient airport stay.

I requested for my roombto be cleaned but nobody did. I requested for linens and nobody gave me some. My toilet was clogged and they gave me something to declogged it myself which was difficult for me and my kids, i have to call and complain before they helped me with toilet

I'd stay there again

The stay was pretty nice. We were comfortable and for the most part we had a quiet nice stay. Although there is a slight discrepancy with me getting the card hold mpneynreturned to me in a timely fashion, the hotel is a nice place.

Staff were friendly. Hotel was a bit dirty. I did not walk on the hotel room floor without shoes. We just needed a place to sleep before a flight.

Wonderful Stay

My stay at the Country Inn & Suites By Radisson was great. Even though I didn't have a fridge that was suppose to be in my room wasn't in my room on arrival, I did lost food because I didn't have a fridge to store it in. I did let the young man at the front desk know, he did reached out to the person that was suppose to bring it never brought it. But other than that my stay was great and comfortable. The gentlemen (BOTH) that checked me and my friends in was great, well, respectful and patient, friendly and kind. I didn't have any issues by side lost money and food because of no fridge but everything was wonderful, wish I could have stayed an extra day.

Only 1 person to drive the shuttle, answer the phone & check people in. The reservation is non-refundable!!!!! I stood outside the airport to get the shuttle and called 7 times but no answer!! Property is old

I paid for the room in advance & my card was stolen. So my bank issued a temporary card till I received my card in the mail. At this point I am out of town & told the desk representative of my situation after I already paid for the room. At that point they denied me to stay even after I paid & they snatch my money & kicked me out . Wow that’s one hotel that will not understand what a person can through when they lost their debit card no compassion or anything. I refuse to go to a hotel that’s all about money how sad!!
