Staff was incredibly nice and helpful - they enabled us to get a room several hours before checkin since we arrived earlier than anticipated. This was a huge bonus for us and we appreciate their willingness to help! Enjoyed the free shuttle to and from the airport. Breakfast included and large dining area to enjoy it in - pancake and waffle maker machines are a hit.

Unlike every other airport hotel I’ve ever stayed at - too many to count - the CHARGE FOR PARKING. No mention of it before you arrive and the if one is short on time for sleep before flight figuring out airport parking last minute (CLT requires reservations for parking during remodel) is too huge a hassle and time consuming to bother with. So they have you over a barrel and you just have to pay it. I’ll never stay there again.

The property was fine. Nothing exceptional, hence the average rating. If you do not want to walk anywhere this is the spot to stay as there is nothing within walking distance. If you would like to have a drink there are a few beer selections and lots of red wine, no white. The weather was beautiful. I had planned on sitting by the pool to work but it was inaccessible, leaving me stuck in my room.

Do not trust this hotel.I left my room to go to breakfast and came back to housekeeping in my room going through my belongings they removed photos from my picture frame causing damage to the photo and I had to ask for my frame back from housekeeping . I reached out to hotel management and let’s say I’m still waiting to hear back from them. Stay at your own risk.
