Room door left open with a screwdriver no explanation but maintenance was in our room and no reason to be there and all we got was a i dont know why they were in there when our things were left in the room and our door was open for we dont know how long we got back to our room after 9pm and we left before 7am

My go to hotel in Charlotte!!!! Clean and comfortable. I don’t care about anything else when I travel. As long as my room,bed,sheets is clean, ( past experience with bedbugs sightings in other hotels… yikes and I am forever mortified!!!!) no mold or smells… then it’s a thumbs up!!!!!!

We prepaid for the hotel room through Expedia three weeks before arrival. Got to the hotel at 11pm and was told they gave our room away and had no other rooms available. Sent us to a different Hampton further away and of poorer quality.
