We thoroughly enjoyed this property, the breakfast was fantastic. the only downside was the room that we booked was not available which was a bomber, being that we were traveling with our 10 year old daughter, the room we booked would have allowed the privacy we were looking for.

Was a car broken into on the property it was a little concerning. If you’re going to bring a pet please mention if it’s a service dog or not because they will keep your deposit. Other wise clean hotel with friendly staff.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel. The place is old and outdated. They were shampooing carpets ave the floors were damp and wet. There were roaches. There was a gas smell in my room, but it was not taken seriously by staff once reported. I was moved to another room, but when I followed up the lady at the desk was rude and dismissive. She said we don’t have gas and that it has not been checked into yet hours after my report. Again the worst place I’ve EVER stayed at.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The staff was friendly and really helped with every thing that we needed. No silverware or pans in room with kitchen.

Underwhelming

Room was missing a lot of stuff like t,owels and trash bags. Stains in the dressers, couch, and table tops. Some bugs as well in room. No room service when we asked for stuff for the room. Staff was nice, breakfast was ok, pool was ice cold.

The facility was dirty, the carpets in hallway were stained, the "non smoking" room reeked of cigarettes, not handicap accessible as requested when booked, killed 3 bugs in the bathroom, breakfast was rubbery microwavable breakfast sandwiches and microwavable egg bowls. It was so terrible that we contacted expedia the following morning to change hotels. We would have walked right back out had it not been after midnight when we checked in!!!

The staff was great! (LaDonna, Britney, & Mario) The hotel was clean, but needs updating. The carpet throughout should be replaced. It’s just old. The facility needs a facelift. The surrounding area was nice.
