We came from Dublin the Wednesday and stayed till Saturday evening.. Staff were very helpful, we got early check in and late check out.. food was gorgeous, billy was very helpful with taxis, and helping us around, staff were also so helpful, and we couldn’t be more thankful.. always making sure we were okay.. we will definitely be back.

Hotel bar area and food / seating area were nice. Staff were very friendly as well. Only downside was the rooms themselves which were pretty tired looking in comparison to the rest of the hotel and in need of a refresh - furniture, shower etc.

Hotel central to sites in Liverpool

Pros: Friendliness and character and comfort.
Location: Central to all things in Liverpool.
Lovely Hotel with interesting features such as the artwork on the large landings and the chandelier in the stair well. Rooms were comfortable and had all we needed for a night stay in Liverpool. Parking deal at the NCP carpark gives reduced rate for 24 hours parking. Staff were pleasant and welcoming.

Value for money but needs an uplift

All ok, lovely staff but the room and bathroom was in need of an uplift as signs of wear and tear appear in various places and is calling out for updating.

Close to city centre

Fab location but don't think it was great value for money. We had to wait 15 minutes to be checked in because there was only one person on reception on a Saturday afternoon. Hairdryer in room didn't work and TV had no signal and made an annoying buzzing sound. Next day we went down for breakfast and staff just seemed really stressed out. Also had some mould on my tomato for breakfast. Probably wouldn't stay again.

Nice room and a great location.

Very nice hotel room and breakfast. Lovely views of the cityscape and great staff that allowed us leave our bags until check in as our flight was early morning.
