I stayed at this hotel on 12/6/2025 and I paid the 150 for incidentals. And I still haven’t received my money back. I contacted them and they said they would look into it and contact me back. But I have heard nothing back from them about my money. This place is a rip off. If u stay there they will not refund u back your money

Front desk employee was really nice and explained everything clearly, the room was clean and comfortable, only thing bad was that you can hear everything that’s happening outside barely rest bc of loud cars all night.
