This hotel is unbelievably charming and the best service you could ever imagine not to mention the restaurant food and service this place has it all. Well appointed rooms very well maintained historic hotel with a great location. Great Management great food great service I felt very pampered upon leaving and will definitely stay here again. Almost forgot the great valet service they have.

We love this hotel! We live just outside the city and several times a year we come into town and do a staycation. This is our choice every time. It is even where we spent our honeymoon night over 30 years ago. It has old charm and elegance. It has great history. It’s also convenient to restaurants, theaters, and sports arenas.

My stay was excellent from start to finish. The staff was amazing—especially Natalie at the front desk, who was extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service throughout the entire stay was outstanding. The restaurant food was absolutely delicious (kiss the chef!). Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

This smaller-scale hotel had charm and character that seemed lacking in some of the large hotel chains in Charlotte. We enjoyed our stay. Room was clean, comfortable, spacious. Staff was helpful. Hotel was in a convenient location. Restaurant didn't seem fully open and active while we were there, but there were other places to eat nearby.
