Avoid Expedia. Go directly to the service.

The hotel was lovely, and the room was one of the nicest that we have had anywhere. The only complaints are not with respect to the hotel but rather with the independent service , Expedia, that arranges for the hotels. The administration at Expedia misleads customers into believing that one is arranging for rooms with the hotel directly. If there needs to be a change, then it is not possible, because the arrangements were made actually with Expedia; the payment arrangements go to Expedia and only to the hotel if one goes to the hotel after which Expedia must now pay the hotel. The restrictions on modifications through Expedia are significant and far greater than for the hotel itself. My family knows now to avoid Expedia (whether for hotels or cruises or airlines) and to go directly to the administrations for those services.

Great location but hotel so so

Shower diverter did not work. I made do by taking a bath. Only stayed one night. I told The front desk guy when I checked out and he was very nice
