Just a stones throw from the vibrant Bath Road our cute home in Edward Street has all you need for a comfortable stay in Cheltenham.

There are 3 bedrooms, a cosy lounge and a large modern kitchen. There is also a fab rear garden.

Our house is really handy as it is perfectly positioned - Bath Road is right on the doorstep with its great selection of shops, bars and food stops (the charity shops are fab!). The town center is a 20 minute walk and Monpellier a 15 minute walk, so very central

The lounge is comfortable with an L shaped sofa and a further 2 seater sofa centered around a cosy coal effect gas fire and 43" smart TV, the perfect place to unwind.

Through the lounge is a fabulous kitchen, which is a great social space and the perfect place to entertain family and friends. There is a circular dining table and chairs in the centre of the room with cabinets around and all the appliances needed to cook a feast.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is a double room with a small double and 2 wardrobes. Bedroom 2 has two single beds and a wardrobe and Bedroom 3 is a small single room with a blow up bed with a mattress.

There is also a great bathroom with a bath and over bath shower.

The guest have access to the whole hiuse and courtyard garden

There is on street parking. There is usually a few spaces about. If you can't get parked then there is paid parking at the Norwood Arms at the top of the street. It costs £5 per 24 hours. Please make sure you buy a ticket at the ticket machine else you'll get a parking ticket.
