Rainbow Barns is just a 15 minute walk across the fields to bustling Bourton-on-the-Water, home to a variety of restaurants, pubs, boutiques and local attractions.

The maximum occupancy for this property is 4 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 additional infant (aged 2 or under)

Off street parking is available for 2 cars
1 travel cot and 2 highchairs are available on request (please bring your own linen for the travel cot, as this is not provided)

Whilst the barn is all on one level, there are two steps down to the sun terrace and one step up to the main entrance
The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk

Rainbow Barns is a self-contained property in the grounds where the owners live. Please note that the owners' dog is often in their garden, though is very friendly
Upon arrangement with the owners, guests are able to use the washing machine and tumble dryer at the owners' home
Charging electric vehicles at this property is not permitted. If required, there are electric charging points at the Co-op in Bourton-on-the-Water
