Staff didn’t speak much English but this wasn’t needed. Hotel was not far from the airport and very easy to get to on the metro. Very good stay!

Nice rooms and pleasant staff, many of whom speak English well enough to be helpful. Wonderful variety of breakfast foods. However, the little shop in the lobby only accepts scan-to-pay so is not accessible for most foreigners.

Hotel was clean and well maintained. Air-conditioning didn't function well but they fixed it promptly. Breakfast was typical Chinese and good. Didn't explore local area but convenient for work and taxis. Staff was helpful and checked our luggage for the day.

Payment issue

I use my American Express Card to guarantee the room, and request to pay the room rate of RMB899 in local currency. However, the Hotel says that it has deducted my payment from my American Express Card, so that I can not pay my hotel charge in local currency, RMB. This is not good. I have chosen to pay higher rate, 10% more per night to have the privilege to pay my hotel bill in local currency. It does not happen this time. Please check what happens. Thanks. Best regards, James

地區不是太方便

酒店設施一般相連隔離酒店獨立性冇咁高 原來這段時間（3⃣️月中）中央空調還是祗有暖風 沒有泠氣 早餐好一般 相對另一區（鼓樓）同樣3⃣️星半的假日酒店我感覺那間優勝些 包括早餐，有機會再到成都 我會選擇鼓樓那間。
