服務人員很用心，說明也很仔細，從訂房開始都很主動聯繫確認。 入住房間發現冰箱有前一位客人遺留的飲品，電話反應後工作人員立刻帶著酒精進來清潔整理。半夜隔壁房太吵，一樣電話反應工作人員馬上上樓規勸。 人員服務精神真的很好！ 唯一可惜的是，飯店隔音真的很差（難怪進房發現二組耳塞😂），樓上的腳步聲，隔壁房的說話聲、電視聲，走廊的人聲，二邊房間的開關門聲都非常清楚！建議淺眠的人要來住要多考量。因為我本身也算好睡，也蠻長住飯店的，這種隔音狀況實在也是讓我大開眼界。

高C/P值的商務旅店

除了房間隔音差一點(是因為隔壁房間電視聲音開很大)之外，其他部份都很滿意。早餐雖不比五星級飯店，但還算得上物超所值。服務人員的態度也是十分棒。下次仍會考慮入住。

一開始入住覺得很不錯，很清優，安靜，到假日期間看到很多人後，在房間又聽到隔壁跳來跳去，雜吵聲(小朋友們)，幾乎家長沒在管的感覺，除了那些，其他都還不錯!!!

櫃檯人員服務親切，客房舒適乾淨，飯店門口即可停車非常方便。早餐因疫情關係以點餐取代自助餐，現做主餐好吃，不夠還可以加點，很體貼。下次來還會選擇這家。

整體還不錯 就交通稍微遠一些

整體來說還不錯 主要是離嘉義火車站以及相關景點都有距離 另外嘉義的巴士其實都需要些等待時間 所以住這間的話你必須要自行開車或隨時叫TAXI準備 不然都要走一段 服務人員以及早餐都還不錯 我建議冠閣可以考慮提早讓房客入住不要硬性規定15:30之後 因為走到你們家飯店就要一段時間了 CHECK IN 時我都看房卡資料都準備好了 可以考慮一下讓房客提早CHECK IN準備 或是休息再出發 我覺得這會讓選擇你們的旅客對冠閣加分

酒店需改善，空調，規條，不明為什麼非要三點後才能進房，台灣酒店3點才進房，早點進房，會吃虧嗎？

空調是這家飯店致命傷，軟床鋪，冬天應該還行吧，怕熱就別去了，早餐好吃，分中，西二款，我吃西餐，一流，吃二份，管吃飽。飲料，麵包自助式，但放在太陽底下哂，我看小蒼蠅陪吃，我放棄。

可能是因為連假的關係，早餐有些單調沒什麼選擇 飯店前的停車位置比較少，需要停到遠一點的合作停車場 飯店的隔音真的不大好喔，希望可以在加強。 最好的是服務人員都很棒，事先訂房確認；入住服務都很優質 希望可以繼續保持喔!!加油 ps.洗髮沐浴精很好用喔!!!
