when checking in , it was dark and giving nobody was there, not a welcoming feel. The first room had a weird smell and we saw a big roach crawling on wall. Went to tell front desk and he was so nonchalant, didn’t apologize or anything just said heres another room. Went to second room no bugs but stank and everything was dusty! Never again will I book here

We love this hotel, but we did not have a great experience the last time the first room that we were originally supposed to have upon walking in we found that the lock was broken on the inside and on the floor and although I’m sure the electric keylock would’ve been perfectly fine. It did not make us feel very safe and so we were moved to a room on the second floor only to find that we did not have end tables on either side of the bed or lights and not only do we not have end tables there was one plug throughout the entire room besides the one in the bathroom that the hairdryer was plugged into we love this property and we love the large tubs which is why we come usually, but this stay was a little disappointing to say the least.
