It was a holes in the walls somebody tried to come inside my room they knocked on the door i asked who it was they didn’t say anything and still attempted to come in when my checkout time wasn’t until 11am the incident happened at 9:30 am when i asked housekeeping they said they don’t speak english asked front desk he said he didn’t know he will have to rewind the cameras and give me a call at 12:30 so i’m waiting for the call also you can’t contact the hotel because their phones doesn’t work

Bugs and Pot

The place reaked of Marijuana upon walking in door. Room was ok, but dirty in bathroom area. Woke up in middle of night to smell of pot permeating my room! Then on top of it all there were german cochroaches in my sink! Hotel refused to refund my charges or even a discount. Offered me discount on future visit. I wont be going back there. Its went down hill in last few years. Clientelle also different now.

Loved the Hot Tub in Room.

Hotel was old and needed upkeep. The hot tub in our room was very clean and huge, we loved that.

Great bang for your buck. Older facility but you can tell they maintain it as well as they can and they are really friendly and helpful!

For the price and location I was very satisfied. Had a small insect problem and they immediately switched my room and slightly upgraded it with no problems. I'm a very private person so I would like to have had the option to take my breakfast to my room but I do understand why I didn't have that option. I feel like the rooms could be a little more cleaner and I feel like the building could use a little bit of TLC.

Rooms were spacious and quiet. Bathroom was gross, hair all over the shower and floor. More hair in one of the beds. Furniture chipped, no smoke detector in our room, clearly pulled off the wall at some point. And doors do not work to get in with your key, have to use the main entrance. It was a just a one night sleep, would not be returning.

Horrible experience

The stay was unacceptable and hazardous. Water leaked from the ceiling into my sister’s eye, which required emergency medical care. The mattress was also dirty, and the rooms were outdated and not as advertised.
