Urine bedding
No one at front desk when arriving, waited 10min or so before someone assisted us. Luckily we weren't in any rush. Person who did assist was polite.
The major issue we experienced was the bed. It was disgusting. Smelled of urine horribly. When we pulled back the blankets there was a urine stain, smelled awful. Unfortunately it was around 2am when we discovered this so we stripped the bed and spoke with the front desk about clean linens. We were given clean linens to make up the bed.. however, we were given queen items though we were situated in a king room. We chose to lay towels down and then what we could for sheets.
I should've been more cautious, the first thing I noticed was hair on the hand towels. This should've been the first indication of the unsanitary room.
Bed was very comfortable but pillows were not.
Mini fridge smelled foul as well.
Upon our arrival there were stacks of mattresses outside which was a bit off putting but quickly realized they were under renovation. The renovations did not cause any issues.
The in room hot tub was nice and spacious and clean.
There is parking but quickly fills up. Glass in parking lot so be wary of that.
