Check in process took forever, almost 3 hours of a night shift employee who knows nothing about the system she is working on.. she also mentioned some hidden fees although room was paid in advance online, besides, the hotel room was out of date, everything smelled old.. morning staff were kind and nice however that does not justify the money paid.

The room needed a deep cleaning. The bed cover had stains on it (they did get us a new one quickly when we asked) and later we noticed some gross stains on the curtains and lampshades - ketchup, jelly or something? When I pulled out the chair to use the desk I saw lots of food under the desk, so obviously had not been vacuumed. Overall the decor was gloomy and the room was dingy. I was surprised because the hotel got very good reviews on cleanliness, which is why we picked it. I also assumed that a suite would have a table to sit at to eat but it just had a little one person desk. The staff was very nice though and the gym was nice too.

The hot tub and pool is ran down. The pool area need to be repainted and cleaned up. My room curtains were filthy and my shower had mold stains covered by paint. I had to empty my own garbage and beg for clean towels.
