The property is well maintained and very attractive. A ton of restaurants, shopping and entertainment options are within 5-10 minutes, but the resort is tucked away in a quiet area. The room was spacious and very clean. There is a spa, pool and fitness center in a building across the parking lot. My daughter and I took advantage of a couple spa services during our stay which we enjoyed. The only area for improvement was the bottles of body wash, shampoo, etc were affixed to the wall and the body wash was empty. The front desk sent someone to refill while we were out. The next day we learned the conditioner bottle was empty. Easy fixes, but could be a good reminder for cleaning staff to keep them full. A small issue with all the other good things. We would definitely stay again.

Overall is a great property. The only downside is the indoor pool, located away from the building, not so good on snowy days. But the staff and the rooms are great

My room was half way cleaned. There was also an infestation of baby ants in my bathroom when I told staff about the infestation they said that they would have it rectified with maintenance but nothing was done.
