Service was good and staff were friendly. They had the option to hold our luggage which I really loved. Lots of options nearby. We also got there super early and were able to check in. I really wish we were able to use the balcony though, or at least crack it. We brought back pizza to the room and it was stuffy in the room after that. Also, the power did go out during our stay for maybe about an hour to an hour and a half on our last night.

The property had room service, but anytime you tried to order it from the website. It said they were not accepting orders. And when you tried to call, no one answered. So when I called the front desk to see what was going on, they told me just put in your room number and it should work. There is no option to even put in my room number because I couldn’t even click on the food to order it. And then the electricity went out for my last night, so I had nothing to do but to go to bed. It was just not the type of service I was expecting. For the price of the room I honestly could’ve found better.

CThe check-in staff displayed a lack of professionalism, the room does not meet the expected standards of cleanliness and comfort as advertised online. The AC unit emits an excessively loud noise, particularly disruptive during the night, resulting in a lack of sleep. Despite booking a couple's massage, the quality of the massage was satisfactory, however, the masseuse's demeanor was highly unprofessional and discourteous.

The unfinished roofing makes the hotel rooms unappealing. Additionally, we were told we would receive an upgrade to a deluxe room, but the deluxe room didn’t feel like an upgrade at all. It was actually quite small for a deluxe.
