Great location, clean and friendly

Every staff member was friendly and all areas of the hotel were clean. Franny and Javier went above and beyond with service and kindness in the breakfast area. They are one of the main reasons we chose to return.

Amazing stay!!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites in Chicago. All front office staff we dealt with were absolutely incredible, so nice and helpful. The breakfast lounge was always well organized and clean but the staff Javier, Jose, Tomas and Fanny completely outdid themselves by the food and friendliness. The rooms were very nice and clean. All staff we came across were very friendly. We’ll definitely come back to this hotel again. 10/10 for sure
