The front desk receptionist was rude. The tub was dirty on arrival and the tv channels were not working. The pool also has time slots. This was the worse stay ever, I would not recommend.

Definitely recommend

Hotel was great, this was a suite-like room we stayed in. Had esperare shower and bath, which was a great feature. Where our room was, we could see the sunrise, that was beautiful. All workers were friendly and welcoming. There was a pool, fitness center, bar, eating area. It was great. They do offer breakfast, but you have to pay. $12/pp or a $20/pp option, daily. It was good though!

The overall plant is showing its age: beige finishes, worn carpets, plastic plants. The first room we stayed in was in a quiet corridor, that unfortunately smelled strongly of garbage. We had housekeeping come up-they sprayed some scent masking stuff, looked for a source of the smell, changed the garbage bag in the container near the ice machine... None of it helped. So the hotel moved us to another room for the night, which was just fine. As the stars say: great staff, but aging plant...

Sink wouldn’t shut off completely, and would move when you turned the hot water on in the bathroom. The bathroom fan didn’t work. Rooms were clean, except for the door to the balcony. Breakfast was free so I couldn’t complain about it. Had to pay $8 a day for makeshift parking. Many rooms limited parking. Cleaning and facilities staff was friendly and helpful, while it seemed forced from front desk staff. Overall, good experience, and enjoyed the weekend.

The bedside lampshade was torn in several places, there were cigarette burns and scratches on the living room table and the bed was lumpy. My main issue was the bathroom floor and walls weren't very clean. There is no excuse for that. Also, we booked this place specifically because of the pool & hot tub. I called ahead to confirm they were open and working. I also confirmed upon arrival yet in reality, the hot tub was not functioning. It was so disappointing. All in all, I thought it was a bit rundown for a Hilton property. We will not stay there again and will not recommend it.
