Broken ice machines, trash in the ice bucket from another person's previous stay, not sure if the sheets are clean as they were pulled up like someone was in the bed, no toilet paper. I've stayed in "lower end" hotels that were better maintained. Staff not too willing to assist. Would definitely stay somewhere else.
