The room wasn’t very nice- smaller than we thought, bed was super soft, the lighting had a jaundice yellow that made everything look dingy, and the towels and sheets weren’t totally clean, kinda of thread bare. Bathroom faucet was loose. Just not real nice and didn’t feel exceptionally clean. On the positive, the staff was lovely and for a free breakfast- it was pretty good.

It was a great stay. Nice view and the bed was super comfy. Everything was very clean. Only issue that was trying to connect your phone to the tv to play YouTube or one of your streaming services.

This room was a real delight to stay in. Easy (and safe) parking, walkable to a lot of good shops and food and it was well-appointed. The breakfast provided in the morning was also great.

The horrible smell on the level to go up into the lobby is terrible. Such a gross smell and a bad taste of the hotel before even checking in. If there is any way to change the air filtration or use some candles that would be great. Overall stay was fine, but that was constantly just a gross thing to deal with.

Room was very clean and pet friendly, which is very important to us. Breakfast staff, especially Sierra & Derrick, were very friendly, efficient and always cheerful. Check-in was quick and easy and front desk staff exceeded expectation. We have stayed at the Hyatt House at least 3 times and will be staying there more often
