Friendly and clean

Clean, friendly, comfortable, roomy, nice view. Easy lighted walk to surrounding areas. Breakfast included was ok, as expected. Parking overpriced but nearest spothero was about $23 cheaper but 7/10th of mile walk.

Standard ammenities, good service and very conveniently located in the Westloop area. The location felt very safe and we could walk to numerous restaurants. Downtown attractions were less than 10 mins by ride share away..

Very poor on-site parking and safety

Parking on-site was absolutely horrible. Spaces were so tight and almost impossible to even get out of your vehicle. 3 young people, appeared to be employees were hiding in an area of the garage and smoking weed. The entire parking area smelled like marijuana. I felt very unsafe to get out of my car and to the elevator.

Nice sized room for a good price. It has everything you need, gym was well equipped also. This area had tons of dining options and is more lively at night. The Chicago Loop is a ghost town in comparison
