In my experience, it's a very good place, well located, close to important places. The hotel is very clean, and the room is also very clean and comfortable with a nice view of the city. The staff was very friendly. I would return.

Perfect location, clean, big and comfortable room. Close to downtown attractions. Standard US breakfast (don’t expect European, which is much highway), but good to experience the difftence. For sur will stay again here next time.

The staff were excellent - very charming and welcoming to have them walk you to the elevators on arrival. I was a bit disappointed with the Holloway however - was asked to order a drink before then being told that food was close to an hour wait - not sure it would be so slow and take so long on a Thursday night. Little things could go along way as well - put your coffee cups on the right side of the coffee machine so that one person can be pouring their cup while another is adding their creamer etc. and offering more than caffeinated tea in the lobby. Otherwise a pretty good place with good views, decent gym and laundry right in the hotel. Would stay again.
