The only complaint I really have is about the elevators. They take way too long. At one point I waited about 20 mins

The hotel only had 1 working elevator. It took 20 minutes for us to get on the elevator and another 5 minutes to make it down to the 1st floor since it kept stopping. The room was average not the worst I’ve seen but not the best. The hotel is okay if you don’t care where to stay but want something decent. If you are looking for something more upscale then I wouldn’t recommend it at all. Will not book again

This hotel only had one working elevator for 40 floors of guests and had a significant negative impact on my stay. I would have stayed elsewhere had I known it would take 20-30 minutes each time I wanted to access my room.
