The large size of the rooms was definitely an unexpected but welcome feature. Self serve water stations with bottles on each floor we're a plus Staff was friendly and quick to check us in. My wife said next time we visit Chicago, we must stay at the same hotel. I agree.

Location is great and close to where most people want to go! Dog stay free but parking is a nightmare. However, valet parking is available for a cost. Clean, design and service all perfect! I'm sure we'll book it again. Again, location is great and in front of the river!

One of the staff members Pedro was one of the most helpful, thoughtful, respectful individuals I’ve ever encountered with. It was this lady forgot her name but very rude. But Pedro need a raise! He gets you in, fast and furious lol thank you Pedro for turning my frustration into a good time

Perfect location to enjoy the Chicago river walk at any time of the day. Walkable to all famous places and to great restaurants. Chose the option to include breakfast which was excellent. Chose the valet parking which provided us the freedom to visit Chicago outskirts during the stay. Will stay here again next time when we visit Chicago.

Front of house staff was very nice and knowledgeable. Back of house staff was a little less friendly. The hotel was in a state of disrepair as multiple things did not work properly. The floor in the room had multiple large stains as well as the furniture had tears in the fabric. Overall the hotel was a good experience.
