Everything was wonderful! Breakfast(not free),room,beds, lobby with fire place. Be aware that, at least for our stay, the restaurant was closed on Monday and Tuesday. And the remotes didn't quite always work quite right but it wasn't a big deal for us. Overall,very lovely.

The room was ok. Hot water was very inconsistent, same as the heat. I got a cold while staying there due to the heat dropped down to 65 degrees Fahrenheit. Addressed to the front concierge for 4 days in a row about the phone won't connect to guest service and the hot water with heat issue. No one ever came to fix it and concierge just told me it's an ongoing issue. Not what I expect from a 4 star hotel. The hot tub kept having mould flowing out from where the water was coming out, it is quite not an enjoyable scene when me and my girlfriend saw it. Staffs were nice, and location was good. Most of the issue is the hotel itself nothing to do with the staffs there. Very disappointing experience. I would have gave it a one star if it wasn't the staff was nice and kind.
