Staff was great besides when we first got to our room and requested ice the way we were instructed to, they didn’t send someone until we went to the front desk. The room had a ton of damages to the walls near the ceiling. Little decor pieces in the bathroom were broken, but still left in the room.

There was a yellow stain on the pull out bed sheets. We did not call down because my son didn’t want to sleep on it after that anyway. Will notify them when we check out. Directions for the coffee machine would be nice. It was a little foreign to us. Bed was fantastic.

The staff went above and beyond for us. We got in real late after midnight and they were extremely accommodating. Since we were flying all day on my fiancé birthday i had asked for them to leave a little happy birthday note in the room when we arrived. They left a birtday card and a box of whoppers for her. That was amazing. The whole staff was top notch.
