We were upgraded to a King Suite and it was AMAZING. Felt like having our own wee apartment and it even had a view of Mt. Baker. It was very clean! Also, the bed was amazingly soft and comfortable and the shower water pressure was so good haha

Beautiful hotel, fantastic staff BUT the location is right between the Fraser Highway, Highway 1 and Mt Lehman Rd, 3 of the major roads in the lower mainland. Bring earplugs to sleep for sure as traffic never slows down.

As you can expect, hotel rooms get a lot of wear and tear. It seems only necessities are clean to the eye (bedding) but the carpets make your feet turn black. Bathtub had a ring around it. Staff was very friendly and the location is nice and close to shopping and is right off the highway.

The staff were rude, the suite was dirty and didn’t feel sanitary. I did a thorough clean when we got there. I had to ask for towels multiple times because the lady would just forget about me. The front desk staff was judgey. Not all, but majority. I sliced my big toe open in the shower drain which it then didn’t stop bleeding for hours. My son had a giant rash behind his hairline down to his waist from one night sleeping without a shirt cause of the heat. Idk overall the stay wasn’t that great.

The property is very tired and dirty, not that well kept. In the morning, there was a large coffee spill in the elevator, which I told the front staff about it was never cleaned. In my room, there was dirt and stains on the walls and the bathroom, grime and grout in the bathroom was gross.
