A great hotel is the center of town. A lot of eating oprtions with a short distance and everything is walkable. There is a parking place with a limited number of spots

My wife and I stayed for one night. Unfortunately 1 elevator, the pool and hot tub were being serviced, and even if the pool and hot tub of the neighbouring hotel were offered, it seemed a bit inconvenient. Only reason why did not get 5 stars. Overall though very nice stay.

We were extremely disappointed with our stay at Summit Lodge. Upon arrival, we were blindsided by a very strict pet policy that we were required to sign, something that was never disclosed to us during booking. Had we known, we would have considered other accommodations. The parking garage was an absolute mess, filled with stinky garbage and hotel supplies like new mattresses. It gave off a strong, unpleasant odor and did not feel safe or welcoming. The hotel is not family-friendly at all. We were kept up all night by our neighbors who were engaged in a loud and violent altercation—both verbal and physical. Despite how extreme the situation was, hotel staff didn’t call the police until late the next morning. We were terrified and felt completely unsupported. Our poor baby and dogs were traumatized by the screaming and chaos. Out of concern for our safety and the well-being of our child and pets, we made the difficult decision to check out early, even though we had two more nights booked. The worst part? No one from the hotel followed up or even checked in to see if we were okay after such a distressing night. To make matters worse, they refused to issue any kind of refund. We were forced to scramble for new accommodations at the last minute, turning what should have been a relaxing trip to Whistler into a very costly and stressful ordeal—our trip ended up costing nearly triple what we had planned. This experience was deeply unsettling, and I would not recommend.

The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and I loved having a kitchen for our stay. The hotel is located conveniently within a walkable distance to anything you'd need, but far enough from the center of the village that noise was never a problem.

The hotel was beautiful but the staff could use an attitude adjustment. We got upgraded here from the hotel across the street that they also own, it was disgustingly dirty and covered in black mold which was causing the wallpaper to peel back exposing the mess they tried to cover up. Once we were moved the staff was ignorant and rude. Seemed like they were mad we told the truth and had health concerns that would not allow us to stay in a moldy room

Property indicated pool and hot tub, apparently under maintenance in unit but shared with another hotel down the street - hardly a way to claim pool/hot tub. Staff apparently had issues with scanning cars at checkin which was added to me at checkout.

Condition of the rooms and hallways was not great. Peeling lumpy wallpaper. Bedsheets are not very soft. We were disappointed that the pool and hot tub was shut down. That’s why I booked there. We had the option of going down the street to use another hotels pool but not very convenient for a late night hot tub session. I thought from the pictures that it might be more modern and freshly renovated but everything was just cheaply done. I wouldn’t stay here again.
