Very clean and modern hotel in a great location; walkable to many restaurants, shopping and the tram. Rooms were very small though and gym was poor; we had booked this hotel expecting a decent gym but were greatly disappointed by the small enclosed space.

Spotless room, fantastic location, excellent staff, great bathroom products, free water and juice at the bar was nice. Great view to the city and mountains. Our room was on 11th floor and looked out over a roof for the floors below. It was quite noisy with what I assume were air-conditioning fans, which we couldn't see but double glazed windows would improve the room dramatically.
