Great property. Well set out. Certainly clean and a great location. Looks down over tram stop right in the CBD. Nice foyer, bar area etc. Easy walk to everything in Christchurch.

The hotel itself is fabulous, rooms and beds very comfortable and spotless. Unfortunately I've marked you down because the staff weren't very accommodating with us leaving our rental car - we only wanted to leave it until 12.30 (ie before new guests check in) but were told this isn't possible, which is disappointing given wed paid 35$ to park.
