When I arrived at the hotel to check in, they told me the room was no longer available. They then asked me to sit in the lobby and they would come talk to me, after waiting 45 minutes someone finally came to talk to me. They again said the room was not available and then offered me a worse room at the same price. So, I left the hotel.

Got to love the Netherland. I love the feel. I love the location to downtown, the sporting venues and restaurants. Plus the bar is excellent. We did have an issue with the door locks, but they resolved them quickly.

My mother and I stayed here for New Year’s and we loved it. The place was very clean, beautiful and historic and anytime we needed service they were quick and efficient. We will definitely be back again!

I was told the parking and breakfast were included and neither was true. The parking was an extra $49 per car and the breakfast was an extra $25 per person. The rooms were very old and every time anyone went to the bathroom in your room or any surrounding room the flushing toilet was so loud it woke everyone up.
