Staying at the Grand Hotel was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. While it may not be the most modern or flashy property, its historic charm more than makes up for it. Our room was enormous, beautifully kept, and full of character. The location was unbeatable—perfectly placed to enjoy everything Amsterdam has to offer. What really made the stay unforgettable was the service. It felt like stepping back in time to when hospitality meant something special. The staff were available 24/7, arranging taxis, anticipating needs, and treating us with the kind of old-school attentiveness you’d expect from a personal butler. Their warmth and professionalism elevated the entire trip. The hotel’s amenities were just as impressive—the comfortable bed, a luxurious tub, the pool, and all the little details that made it easy to balance both business and leisure. I even had local friends visit, and they were equally impressed with the beauty and history of the building. I have no complaints—only gratitude. The Grand Hotel added an unforgettable touch of elegance and charm to my Amsterdam experience.
