Parking lot full of snow, barely plowed. Breakfast counter neglected, full of crumbs, and the food was not monitored when it was out. Room not very clean and entire building poorly maintained. They have a pool, but heater not working.

Woke up about 5:45 AM went to the bathroom turn on the lights and there were four roaches crawling on the counter in the sink.. I turned off the lights and went back to lay down got up again and went to the bathroom about 10 AM. Turn on the lights and there was another roach crawling on the floor…. Now I have packed my things and headed to checkout. I informed the front desk employee about my situation with the roaches. And that I had video to show proof. He told me the manager was not on site and that someone would reach out to me later that day. I call the front desk a few times later in the afternoon no answer. So I called this morning asked the manager and was told he was not in and I was explaining the situation to the person on the phone and he was willing to offer me 15% discount on my stay. that was not acceptable and he hung up.
