We loved our stay! But a small complaint I had before getting to the property was that they tried to charge my card before getting there. In all my stays I like to pay at the property, I make sure to check that off with Expedia. Never have I had a property try that before, nothing too big but just thought I'd mention it. Property and area was great for what my partner and I needed while we stayed in the Cincinnati area. Room was great, smelled a bit lightly of cigarette smoke when we got there but it was gone by the night. Room was very clean, bed was comfy, and bathroom was very nice as well. The AC/fan was also one of my complaints though, it was very noisy. I ended up turning it off for most of our stay. Never tried the breakfast as my partner and I like to sleep in. We also never tried the pool as my partner and I forgot our swimsuits. Although we would've loved to go for a swim if we had them. Overall we loved staying there, we are already in talks about coming back to Cincinnati and more than likely booking with the same hotel.

Our room was very dated and a lot of the furniture was very old and grimy. There was a cigarette hole in the curtain, tears in the cushions, a broken closet door, and more. The bathroom had an unpleasant musty cigarette odor that we could not get rid of.

Stay was OK for the cost. Hot water was an issue day one but no problem after that. Faucets and Toilet seat all loose. Not reported. Shouldn't have to be. Cleaning staff should report these issues!! Breakfast items were not replaced in a timely manner even though the hotel was not extremely busy. Would return but not with high expectations.
