Welcoming staff. Spacious room. Great location. The kids enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. There was black lint on one of the sheets when we arrived, but the front desk representative sure they were changed before we returned to our room. The garage across the street was convenient and affordable.

I have so many beautiful things to say about this hotel! This was literally the most incredible hotel stay I have ever had and I have traveled around the world. The staff: Kelly, Daniel, David and Latoya made me feel so at home. When I got a cold and was feeling very ill, they, asked how I was feeling and monitored my healing, they delivered what they called a care package of multiple herbal teas, honey and fresh grated Ginger. I have never felt so at home and seen, as they made me feel during my stay. Also, the location of the hotel being right down the street from the local organic grocery store, health line accessible, cleanliness of the lobby and the attention to detail that the housekeeping staff take when cleaning rooms, is incredible! Thank you all so very much! I would definitely recommend this hotel, this staff and this Crowne Plaza location.

The guy that checked me in was kinda rude when i mentioned there was an order in the hall way. The room next to me you coild hear having sex which made it very uncomfortable. The tv in our room the picture wasn't clear no matter what channel we tried to put it on. Definitely expected a better stay for the price.
