Great location at Playhouse Square, very walkable to everything. Hotel is nice, lobby, restaurant are updated. The beds were not comfortable, very soft and bumpy and felt the room could be a little cleaner. it's always disappointing to see mold around a bathtub. The staff is amazing, friendly and so willing to help.

Horrible experience

The bed was dirty I had no towels in my room the tv didn’t work and the breakfast was not worth what I paid. Horrible experience will not stay again. My kids didn’t want to move hotels so we stayed but we watched tv on our phones because the tv didn’t work and front office stated there was nothing they could do about it. We didn’t even eat the buffet the food we ended up going to McDonald’s.

Called the night prior to our stay to ask if they accepted the card I had. Gentlemen said yes it wouldn’t be an issue. Got there after driving 5 and half hours paying for parking and was told they could not accept it. I offered them to run my card AND also give them cash money to guarantee nothing would happen was turned away it was 830 at night and I had 3 children. I even showed the person at the front desk my call log and everything showing them I called. They treated me and my kids as we were not good enough to be at their hotel..

This is a very nice hotel, however needs a bit of updating, bathrooms very dated and did have some mold in the calking behind sink. Expedia advertises it had a bar and restaurant, it is a restaurant with a bar, opens at 5 and closes at 10. Pool area very nice and clean. Valet was wonderful as well as the staff.
