The sweeper was never run in the hallway the whole time we were there. This hotel was really nice when we first started coming there. It is really getting run down. The parking lot needs repaved. People must not know how to read because someone was always smoking right outside the door even though there were 2 signs there no smoking. You could also smell smoke in the hallways. This will be the last time we stay at your hotel.

I stayed two nights here. The first room they put me in smelled like something died in it. I explained it to the receptionist and they gave me a new room right away. The new room was fine. The staff were nice, but they seemed overworked. A couple times I had to wait by the front office for someone to talk to for up to 15 minutes. Seems like management needs to hire more folks.

Excellent space, two full washrooms for the suite, and comfortable beds, and a kitchen. Very impressive and clean.

This location was close to the airport, and provided adequate housing for a 2-week stay. Has happens with many extended stay properties, this becomes an apartment building for the unhoused. Some residents have been there more than 2 years. Some clearly are in the social services and mental health systems. Cleaning the room only once in two weeks is not enough, but I think they are short on help. I never really understood taking dirty linens to the front desk to switch them out for clean. I guess if I needed to exchange them quickly, this provided a chance to do so. Personally, I enjoyed the grab and go breakfast selections. I went to a local store in picked up some berries for my oatmeal, and some other fruit to have on hand. It was fine for what I needed: a place to stay for 2 weeks that didn't cost an arm and a leg. Thank you.
