Our room smelled like an ashtray. The sheets easily come off the bed while sleeping, leaving you on a plastic mattress cover.

I've never had problems with a hotel reservation made thru Expedia. The on site manager at this property was a piece of work. My reservation for a suite to accommodate my family tried totell me that they had no suite for my confirmed and paid for reservation made long in advance. Gave a room with 2 queen beds, and when I told him it was unacceptable, he told me it was my fault for booking thru a third party. Then he miraculously "finds" the space I reserved and said I was "lucky he could work magic" for me. What wonderful customer service!! I then had to walk back to the dront desk for the expected sheets and blankets for the sofa bed. No cool. Would not recommend this property given that jerk.

Room didn't have any or was low on basic supplies like toilet paper, tissues and moisturizer. I was there for2 nights and the room didn't get service, I had to take my trash and towels to the front desk. Brekfast garbage receptacle hole was too small for the plates so garbage all over the top. Work out room had no towels or tissues.

Hotel needs to improve

Very disappointed in this hotel. We picked it for the location and having good experiences with Fairfield Inns in the past however for this hotel they need to improve. 1. The sink and tub drains were not draining. This really sickened my wife. I reported it to the desk but no one ever fixed the issue. 2. Breakfast is very poor. They put a sign on the waffle station saying not in service but everything looked like it could be in working order. I really feel the attendants didn't want to deal with servicing it. There is no juice machine so forget about OJ or apple juice. No workers around to replenish milk, plates, utensils or whatever. 3. They NEVER serviced the room. I hate that hotels are so cheap there is NO housekeeping on weekends or weekdays unless you ask for it. 4. Room had a strange smell in the room we believe because of the bathroom drain situation. 5. Beds are advertised as Queen size but they are NOT, they are Fulls. 6. They put the towel rack over the toilet which at the other end of the bathroom and no where near the tub/shower. 7. Tub/Shower needs safety bars as there is nothing to hold onto and I almost slip and fell getting out of the shower. We will not be going back to this hotel.
